New housebuilders Hayfield Homes have secured five sites across the Midlands and surrounding areas in the space of six months, with the land team, planning team and the investors working in unison to build their portfolio and the foundations to their business. The company has acquired sites in; Tiddington near Stratford Upon Avon, Southam in Warwickshire, Great Bourton in Oxfordshire, Hallow in Worcestershire and most recently, Southmoor in Oxfordshire. Mark Booth, Managing Director of Hayfield Homes explains; “One of our aims was to gain a large bank of land quickly and I am extremely pleased with our progress so far. We are now in a position to start works on a number of sites simultaneously, which will be positive both for us and the local communities.”

The first site exchanged on (Hayfield Chase in Tiddington) is underway and has seen five reservations prior to its estimated Autumn 2017 launch. This development is situated in a pleasant village location just one mile from Stratford-upon- Avon.

Mark comments; “As many of the team have worked together previously, the dynamic on site and in the office has been very cohesive, which has attributed to the quick progress made on Hayfield Chase and the reservations already taken. We are building a broad range of house types here so that we can offer properties to a large selection of buyers. We are hopeful that our forthcoming developments will be as well received as Hayfield Chase has been.”

The next scheme to start is Hayfield Views, a collection of 1-5 bedroom homes located in Great Bourton in Oxfordshire. This scheme will suit families, young couples and first-time buyers alike.
