Hayfield Homes has been recognised by the prestigious What House Awards, securing bronze in its Best Small Housebuilder category - almost unheard of for such a new company.

Established in April 2017 to bring a fresh approach to new homes, Hayfield Homes’ first 12 months was a resounding success. In this short space of time, it secured planning on 5 sites in just 6 months, sold 56 new homes, exceeded its delivery targets and achieved NHBC Quality Awards for two of its Site Managers.

The glittering awards luncheon was held on Friday the 16th November at the Grosvenor House Hotel in Mayfair, with the results announced by comedian Jack Whitehall. Mark Booth, Managing Director at Hayfield Homes, reflects on the company’s remarkable success, “This means the world to us at Hayfield Homes. Everyone has put in such a huge amount of work to get to this position, overcoming hurdles and putting in endless late nights and early mornings, so you can imagine what it means to be recognised in this way by one of the most highly respected industry accolades. It is an incredible achievement for all of us and I couldn’t be prouder!”

Hayfield Homes is becoming one of the fastest growing SMEs in the new homes industry, having brought developments to the counties of Warwickshire, Oxfordshire and Worcestershire, with ambitious plans to deliver further afield.

Its new homes display an impressive level of build quality, with unwavering attention to detail and impressive specification features, such as underfloor heating, antique bronze ironmongery, glazed internal doors and fully-integrated bespoke kitchens. As well as sourcing the land and delivering the new homes, Hayfield Homes goes above and beyond with its Commitment to the Community programme, set up to support local people and businesses around each of its developments.
