An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Sales Advisor to join Hayfield at its Oxfordshire-based development in Southmoor. The development - Hayfields - consists of 74 luxury homes, is ideally situated in a village location and boasts a high-end, quality specification.

The role will require the successful applicant to:

  • Apply effective selling skills in order to achieve profitable sales including the government-backed Help to Buy scheme, selling homes ranging from 2 bedroom properties up to million pound homes, and sales progression.

  • Deliver home demonstrations and see sales through to the completion process.

  • All whilst maintaining the presentation of the sales area to the highest standard, including snagging and management of the sales area cleaning and landscaping.

  • Manage customers and deliver excellent customer service at all times.

  • Be available to work five days a week including all weekends and bank holidays (holiday entitlement is 25 days plus Bank Holidays given in lieu).

  • Have previously worked in a similar sales role.

  • Have broad product knowledge of the housing market and local area.

  • Be computer literate with good use of Excel, Outlook and Word, and have excellent communication skills.

  • Have excellent reporting abilities.
