Hayfield is looking for an experienced Sales Negotiator for its Oxfordshire-based development, Hayfields in Southmoor.

The role will require the successful applicant to:

  • Apply effective selling skills in order to exceed required profitable sales including experience with the government-backed Help to Buy scheme, the part-exchange process and selling homes ranging from 2 bedroom properties up to million pound properties.

  • You must also be experienced in customer selections, reading working drawings, and sales progression.

  • Experience of home demonstrations and the completion process.

  • All whilst maintaining the presentation of the sales area to the highest standard, including snagging and management of sales area cleaning and landscaping.

  • Manage customers and deliver excellent customer service at all times.

  • Be available to work 5 days a week including every weekend and bank holidays.

  • Have previously worked in a similar role, preferably with a similar size housing developer and have a proven track record in selling high-quality housing in and around the Oxfordshire area. 

  • Have broad product knowledge of the housing market and local area.

  • Be computer literate with good use of Excel, Outlook and Word, and have excellent communication skills.

  • Have excellent reporting abilities.
