Last one remaining at Hayfield Meadow in Hallow, Worcestershire

A flurry of sales at Hayfield Meadow in the sought-after Worcestershire village of Hallow has left only one family home out of a total of 39 remaining for sale.

The last remaining home at the spacious development is of the popular Hallow design, which was recently Highly Commended at the Evening Standard New Homes Awards. The four-bedroom detached Hallow home is priced at £525,000 and features a stunning open plan kitchen and breakfast room, which leads out onto the landscaped private garden. There is also a sitting room, dining room, utility and downstairs toilet – all situated off the light and airy hallway. Upstairs, there is the family bathroom, along with four double bedrooms. The master bedroom and the second bedroom benefit from Hammonds fitted wardrobes and designer en-suite bathrooms.

Kelly Sharman, Sales and Marketing Director at Hayfield said: “Hayfield Meadow was only launched to the market 12 months ago. It has been our fastest selling development, selling ahead of the build programme. We now have only one family home remaining for sale, with Hayfield’s Part-Exchange programme or the Government’s Help-to-Buy initiative available to help purchasers to make the move.”

The quintessential village of Hallow lies only three miles from the cathedral city of Worcester, which makes it a very convenient location for commuting, shopping and visiting the many attractions the area has to offer. The village itself is very vibrant, with little new development in recent times. The Crown Inn pub at Hallow is known to be a destination for those living in the surrounding area.

Hallow Primary School, situated just along from Hayfield Meadow is highly regarded by local families, while the development also falls within the catchment of the Ofsted Outstanding-rated Chantry School for 11-16 year olds, which is in the nearby village of Martley.

Hayfield Meadow has been named such because of the wildflower meadow that has been incorporated into the development. The stunning collection of family homes also benefits from an adventure play area and kick-about zone. In addition to the open spaces that make this development so special, solar panels are being installed to provide the equivalent of at least 10% of the predicted energy requirements for the 39 new homes.

Hayfield’s signature attention to detail is visible throughout each home at Hayfield Meadow. Features include the bespoke kitchens with glazed wall units and curved cabinets, Roca bathroom suites, underfloor heating and luxury bi-fold doors leading into a private garden.

Kelly Sharman added: “The Government’s Help-to-Buy initiative can be used to purchase this last remaining home, which means that purchasers only need to secure a mortgage for 75 per cent of the £525,000 asking price. A five per cent deposit is required, with the remaining 20 per cent able to be funded by a Government loan. This initiative ensures that a Hallow home is within reach of more buyers. However, with only one remaining home left at Hayfield Meadow, time is of the essence for vying purchasers.”

With the development nearing completion, a flourishing community has already been established at Hayfield Meadow, which is located off Main Road in Hallow. The show home is open daily from 10am – 5pm and has been decorated by renowned interior design consultancy, Andrew Henry Interiors.
