The first release at Hayfield Park will be available for off-plan sales from Saturday 12th March. Located in the picturesque Bedfordshire village of Bromham, the development of 80 zero carbon ready homes will offer a greener way of living, thanks to air source heat pumps, energy-efficient underfloor heating, electric vehicle fast-charging points and ultra-fast broadband.
Accessed off Stagsden Road within the Borough of Bedford, a range of three and four-bedroom family homes will be included in the first release, priced from £455,000 to £665,000. Two-bedroom bungalows will be included in future releases. The spacious development will also incorporate landscaped Public Open Space, and a fully equipped children’s play area.
Off-plan sales will be taken from a dedicated Sales Lounge that has been created at Hayfield Gate in the Bedfordshire village of Clifton, where Hayfield is underway with the final phase of the construction programme. A large interactive model of the Hayfield Park scheme and touchscreen will enable interested parties to take a closer look at the site layout and various house designs.
Kelly Sharman, Sales and Marketing Director of WhatHouse? ‘Housebuilder of the Year’ Hayfield said: “We are very excited about the launch of Hayfield Park, as it will enable us to bring a more eco-efficient way of living to Bedfordshire. In contrast to the highly sophisticated interiors, the architectural detailing for the 80 homes will be traditional, to maximise kerb appeal and reflect the style of homes in this sought-after village.
“The number of people who have registered their interest in this scheme has broken all our previous records. Appointments are being made on a first come, first served basis, enabling proceedable buyers to choose their preferred home and plot, while benefitting from pre-show-home prices. The first houses will then be available to move into during the autumn.”
Hayfield Park is within easy reach of the range of amenities and schooling within Bromham, which is one of the larger villages within the area. Located only two miles away is Bedford Railway Station – a key hub for London commuters – which provides a 47-minute commuter service into London St Pancras.
Each Hayfield Park kitchen will feature a range of built-in Bosch appliances, with larger homes enjoying impressive bi-fold doors leading out to the private garden. Each dedicated study or smallest bedroom will feature improved sound performance construction to create the ideal work from home environment. Fitted wardrobes will be installed into the principal bedrooms of all four-bedroom homes. Other features include ROCA bathrooms, Minoli ceramic tiles, heritage bronze ironmongery, Farrow & Ball paint and Ring doorbells.
Hayfield Park will feature a generous provision of private garaging and off-road and visitor parking spaces. The brick, architectural detailing, and materials are reflective of the surrounding area and Bromham’s historic village core. The density of the development is much lower than typical new build schemes, and the design of the extensive public realm across the scheme adheres to Secured By Design Standards.
The Hayfield Park Sales Lounge is located at Haycock Gardens, Clifton, Bedfordshire, SG17 5QN. From Saturday 12th March, it will be open seven days a week from 10am – 5pm.
