Hayfield has appointed Strakers as selling agents for its £21m development in West Lavington, on the outskirts of Devizes.
Hayfield Rise is a stunning new community of 50 zero carbon ready luxury homes by award winning developer Hayfield, ‘WhatHouse? 2021 Housebuilder of the Year’, on the north edge of the Salisbury Plain, featuring a range of two, three, four and five-bedroom executive houses.
The first homes at Hayfield Rise, located on Lavington Lane, will be available to buy in January 2023 from a marketing suite within the offices of Strakers at 6/7 Market Place, Devizes.
Shelley West, Regional Sales Director for Hayfield, said: “Hayfield Rise follows on from our successful development at Blunsdon, and builds on our reputation for luxury and high specification homes.
“We are excited to showcase how thoughtful design, our considerable environmental enhancements and the high specification that sets Hayfield apart from other developers offers sustainable living that does not compromise on luxury. We are confident that Hayfield Rise is set to become one of our most eco-efficient and luxurious developments.”
All new Hayfield homes are zero carbon ready and exceed the government’s Future Homes Standard – which will be mandatory from 2025 – and include innovative solutions installed as standard, such as air-source heat pumps, increased insulation, water efficiency measures and the smartest electric vehicle fast-charging points. Hayfield is committed to being a sustainable developer and has pledged to be net zero by 2030.
Guy Straker, Director at Strakers Estate Agents, said: “It is exciting for us to partner with Hayfield on their latest development, and we very much look forward to helping customers begin their Hayfield journey. We will be able to take reservations off-plan, ensuring they secure their dream home, while helping them to navigate the very latest financial information and options.”
Located five miles from the medieval market town of Devizes, Hayfield Rise is easily accessible to the vibrant towns of Salisbury, Bath and Swindon. There are direct trains from Salisbury to London Waterloo.
An area of open space will also be included along with a fully equipped play area, native tree planting and a new area of pollen and nectar-rich wildflowers.
Hayfield is currently on site delivering more than 400 homes at nine developments across Bedfordshire, Buckinghamshire, Cambridgeshire, Oxfordshire, Wiltshire and Worcestershire. The company is on track to increase turnover to £150m during this year.
