New Residents Charmed by Hayfield Meadow

The first people to move into landmark development, Hayfield Meadow, have been charmed by their new home and by Hallow, the village they now call home.

Jane Griffiths and her husband Lindsay, who have been married for 50 years, are thrilled to be embarking on their new adventure in the village of Hallow, Worcester. Despite thinking they would settle for an ultra-modern property, the couple were won over after seeing Hayfield Meadow, the new development from housebuilder Hayfield Homes, which cleverly reflects the architecture of the wider village.

Jane explains how they made their decision, “We drove past the site and were intrigued, and didn’t think there was any harm in popping into the show home for a quick look. It was simply gorgeous – amazing quality throughout. It only took us the evening to decide, and we said yes to purchasing a new home at Hayfield Meadow the very next day!”

Hayfield Meadow is a brand-new collection of 2, 3 & 4 bedroom new homes in Hallow, just 3 miles from the centre of Worcester. Each property has a garden and private parking, while inside, carefully planned designs encourage space and light. Within walking distance is a convenience store, a primary school, a pub, and a sports ground.

Having now moved in, Jane and Lindsay are delighted with their new property. “Our home is even better than we could have imagined – we love the layout and bright rooms. Our favourite elements are the pretty walled garden and the well-chosen specification.

“Our move ran like clockwork thanks to Hayfield Homes and its highly professional Sales Team, whose aftercare service has been marvellous. All the little touches really add up, like regularly calling us to check in, or the handyman helping us with things we find a bit tricky at our age; going up ladders and hanging our pictures for example. At the mere mention that we didn’t have a cutlery tray, Hayfield Homes made sure that we had one less than 24 hours later! It’s been about 46 years since we bought a house and we’ve been impressed from start to finish – we’ve been superbly looked after and feel very valued.”

To view the home that wowed Jane and Lindsay, please visit Hayfield Meadow at Main Road, Hallow, Worcestershire WR2 6LD, where the show home is open daily from 10am-5pm. More information can be found by calling 0845 052 4782 or emailing
