All reserved at Hayfield Views

All 43 homes at Hayfield Views in the Oxfordshire village of Great Bourton have been matched with buyers. The multi-award winning site is the fastest-selling scheme from developer Hayfield, selling ahead of the build programme.

Located off Main Street, the scheme enjoys a prime location on the edge of the traditional village of Great Bourton, which has seen very little new development in recent years. It has attracted a mixture of buyers, including those relocating from Greater London, the Home Counties, elsewhere in Oxfordshire, as well as locals from Great Bourton and the surrounding villages.

In addition to the 43 family homes, Hayfield Views also incorporates a family play area and the spectacular new Bourtons Community Hall, which Hayfield constructed on behalf of The Bourtons Parish.

Kelly Sharman, Sales and Marketing Director for Hayfield said: “This is an incredible result for Hayfield and is a credit to everyone who has been involved with delivering such an outstanding development. Particular thanks goes to Site Manager Neil Hartnett for winning a coveted NHBC Pride in the Job Award for Hayfield Views two years running.”

The houses and the Community Hall have been constructed using traditional materials, including ironstone bricks locally sourced from Oxfordshire-based Cotswold Natural Stone. The workmanship and build quality have ensured the development seamlessly blends into the traditional village setting.

Kelly Sharman added: “The success of Hayfield Views is also down to the appeal of the houses, which we have designed specifically for this development and target market. There is a selection of two, three, four and five-bedroom homes, which have generous proportions and layouts that embrace the requirements of modern family living. These new homes will beautifully mature into their surroundings and will stand the test of time.”

In May, Hayfield scooped Best Family Home Under £750,000 at the Evening Standard New Homes Awards 2019 for the Bourton home at Hayfield Views. The judges remarked that they were genuinely blown away by the build quality, attention to detail and the array of features that Hayfield includes as standard, such as heritage bronze door furniture, underfloor heating, Roca/Laufen bathroom suites, Farrow & Ball paint, warming drawers and curved cabinets in the bespoke kitchens.

Hayfield was also recognised at the 2018 WhatHouse? Awards as one of the UK’s Best Small Housebuilders.

Hayfield specialises in building luxury family houses and has six live sites located in prime locations in Oxfordshire, Warwickshire and Worcestershire. Approximately 200 executive homes will be delivered by the firm over the next 12 months.
