The HBF 5-Star Award, one of the most coveted accolades in the housebuilding industry, is presented exclusively to housebuilders where more than nine out of ten customers say they would recommend them to a friend. The In-House Research Gold Award similarly recognises exceptional customer care, based on independent surveys of new homeowners across the country.
