House Hunters Invited to Spring Homes Event at Hayfield Place in Bedfordshire Village of Silsoe

February 10, 2022

Hayfield – the WhatHouse? Housebuilder of the Year – is holding a Spring Homes Event on Saturday 19th February from 10am – 5pm at Hayfield Place in the Bedfordshire village of Silsoe.

Now over 85% sold, there is a limited opportunity to acquire a premium detached four- or five-bedroom home at the exclusive development. A number of the spacious homes will be ready to move into during the spring, and all properties that are approaching completion will be available for guided tours. To coincide with the event, Part-Exchange will be on offer to eligible buyers purchasing a family home. Hayfield’s exclusive £5,000 Key Worker Discount will also be given to all those who meet the criteria.

There are six family home designs to choose from, ranging in price from £685,000 to £875,000. There is also a two-bedroom Napton bungalow available, priced at £525,000. Attendees to the Spring Homes Event will be able to walk round a variety of homes to get a feel for the dimensions and flow of the space, the enviable countryside views, and generous parking allocation.

Kelly Sharman, Sales and Marketing Director said: “Our Spring Homes Event will provide a great opportunity to show prospective purchasers around a collection of homes while they are still under construction, enabling the craftsmanship that we are so well known for to be seen in full view. We will also be able to talk about how the Hayfield Place homes are constructed and point out energy saving features, such as the superior insulation and underfloor heating.

“In addition to the homes that are currently under construction, our five-bedroom Southmoor show home is also available to view, reflecting the exact design of homes that we currently have on the market. We are really looking forward to welcoming people to the event and opening the doors to a range of homes in Hayfield Place’s final phase.”

The 14-acre Hayfield Place scheme has been designed to reflect architectural styles from the sought-after historic village of Silsoe, weaving in local materials and detailing. The new homes are being constructed in red and buff brick and render with a luxurious specification that is unmatched in the area. The specification features include underfloor heating, ROCA/Laufen bathrooms, Minoli ceramic tiles, Hammonds fitted wardrobes, Farrow & Ball paint, heritage bronze door furniture and bi-fold doors. The bespoke kitchens include a range of integrated Bosch appliances, such as multifunctional ovens, an induction hob, and a dishwasher.

A Renz Intelligent Parcel Box has been installed to enable parcels to be delivered safely and securely to those who aren’t at home. New public footpaths, a balancing pond, a biodiversity corridor that runs across the site, and a new section of bridleway and cycle route are all being created to connect Hayfield Place into the local Bedfordshire footpath network.

The nearby towns of Milton Keynes, Luton and Bedford offer a wealth of shopping, restaurants, entertainment and sporting facilities. Luton airport is 12 miles away, and Flitwick Railway Station is four miles away, making it an ideal location for those wishing to travel for pleasure or commute.

Hayfield Place is located at High Street, Silsoe, Bedfordshire, MK45 4ES. The show home is open seven days a week from 10am – 5pm.
