‘More of everything’ in a Hayfield home

The difference between a new build property and a Hayfield new build home is simply that ‘you get more of everything’ from Hayfield!

That’s according to Kyle Taylor and his wife Daniela, who along with their daughter Emilia and dog Wilson, moved into their new home at Hayfield Park in Bromham.

The couple bought the detached Henley, a stunning family home with showstopping open-plan kitchen/dining/family room, bi-fold doors to the south facing garden, downstairs study and utility with four generous bedrooms and two en suites.

Kyle, 32 who works for Crossrail, said: “We’d been living together in Aylesbury for five years, but when Emilia came along we wanted to move closer to family. Dannie’s from Bedfordshire and knew Bromham well, so when her mum saw the Hayfield signs go up, we went along – we were one of the first to reserve.

“The homes at Hayfield Park were initially being sold from Hayfield’s development at Clifton,” said Kyle. “We viewed the show home there and were hugely impressed with the super high spec and the finish to everything.

“We not only love the open plan living of the house, but also the ‘extras’ that come as standard, for instance the shed, patio and turf in the garden. We used Hayfield’s ‘Man with a Van’ service, who was super friendly and very helpful.”

Dannie, 31, who is a BA Critical Services Manager, said: “My favourite part of the house is the kitchen: it’s a fantastic space and engulfed in light all day.

“But in the end it comes down to Hayfield, and I would say to anyone looking to buy a new build – push yourself that little bit further and buy a Hayfield.

“The difference with Hayfield is that you get so much more quality for your money. The volume housebuilders don’t give you what Hayfield do – you just get more of everything.”

Every new Hayfield customer is assigned their own customer care contact – a friendly face who looks after them for the next two years.

“Any new home or new build extension is always going to have snags, but the customer care at Hayfield has been fantastic,” said Dannie.

“Whatever we have gone to them with, it has always been dealt with and resolved straight away – emails always replied to, calls always answered. They are a small team and the difference is that they really care.

“The team has been amazing! They look after everything for us, and they’ve become someone for us to share everything with – there’s a real family feel to working with such a small, close-knit team.”

The couple have already started entertaining and have had family to stay. Kyle’s mum, who lives in the Peak District, is a frequent visitor and the pair said the second bedroom with en suite is a perfect guest room that she has made her own!

Kyle added: “Bromham is a lovely place to live with lots of things for families and a great school. People who move to Bromham tend never to leave… I think now we’ve found our Hayfield home we’ll be staying too.”
