Hayfield has unveiled a striking new show home at its eco-friendly development in the Bedfordshire village of Bromham.
Hayfield Park is a luxury development of 80 zero-carbon ready homes by Hayfield, WhatHouse? Housebuilder of the Year. All homes will feature a high-quality eco-specification including air source heat pumps, energy-efficient underfloor heating, electric vehicle fast-charging points and ultra-fast broadband.
House-hunters and members of the public are invited to view the detached four-bedroom, three-bathroom Hallow show home, where the sumptuous décor and styling have been designed by highly acclaimed Lifestyle Interiors.
“We wanted to create a monochrome scheme that featured a fresh, modern update of this palette, creating a timeless design,” said Nicolle Thorne, senior designer at Lifestyle Interiors.
“Each element of the scheme was designed to complement the signature details that make a Hayfield home: from the bespoke joinery and black trim beading, bespoke panelling to the stunning light features. Using striking contrasts, with different pieces of artwork and luxurious textures in wallpapers and soft furnishings, all added to the finesse and style of this design.
“I really enjoyed working on this show home – it’s definitely one of my favourites!”
Shelley West, Regional Sales Director at Hayfield, said: “We are absolutely thrilled with the finished look of our latest show home, where Lifestyle Interiors have excelled themselves in creating an aspirational space to call home.
“Every piece, including the material and texture, has been carefully considered to fully showcase the Hayfield difference, where attention to detail, character and specification are second nature. We cannot wait to welcome visitors and show them the qualities that make a Hayfield home.”
Hayfield Park will feature a stunning range of two, three and four-bedroom homes across 11 beautiful house types, thoughtfully designed around a public open space and fully equipped children’s play area.
Prices at Hayfield Park range from £455,000 to £720,000, with a saving of £20,000 on stamp duty available on not only the Hallow house type but also the four-bedroom Harcourt. Also currently available to buy is the three bedroomed Fairford priced from £455,000.
The Hallow show home is a bright, spacious, family home. Downstairs, an open plan kitchen, breakfast family room features bifold doors to the garden and access to the utility room. Separate sitting room, dining room and study all lead from the grand entrance hall.
Upstairs, the principal bedroom has a dressing room and double basin en suite, while bedroom two also has an en suite; there is a family bathroom and two further bedrooms.
Hayfield Park is within easy reach of a range of amenities and schooling within Bromham which itself is just two miles from Bedford Railway Station – a key hub for London commuters, offering a 47-minute direct service into London St Pancras.
Properties at the development feature built-in appliances, with each dedicated study or smallest bedroom enjoying improved sound performance construction to create the ideal work from home environment. Other features include ROCA bathrooms, Minoli ceramic tiles, heritage bronze ironmongery and Ring doorbells.
