The Hatton Home at Hayfield Place in Bedfordshire is a First Time Buyer Awards Winner  

The Hatton at Hayfield Place in the Bedfordshire village of Silsoe has won the Best Family Home category at the 2021 First Time Buyer Readers’ Awards. Five-star housebuilder Hayfield’s popular design – which has three double bedrooms and an integral garage – was a favourite with the voting public and the judging panel.

Now in its 12th year, the prestigious national awards event was held at the London Marriott Hotel at Grosvenor Square. The First Time Buyers Readers’ Awards reward the achievements of the first time buyer market, and celebrate those that have gone above and beyond the call of duty to help aspiring homeowners onto the property ladder. Television property duo Jonnie Irwin and Nicki Chapman hosted this year’s event and crowned the winners.

The award win coincides with the imminent completion of five new Hatton homes, four of which have already been sold off-plan.
